We combined Raspberries, Cherries and Blueberries with milk and Original Mike’s Mix to create a recovery smoothie you won’t be able to stop drinking! All 3 types of fruit are high in dietary fiber and Vitamin C, giving you that immune system boost you need. They are also packed with carbohydrates, making them a perfect addition to any recovery smoothie. This smoothie is thick and very strong in flavor. Not a bad thing at all!
Smoothie Ingredients:
2 scoops Original Mike’s Mix
1/2 cup skim milk
1/3 cup frozen raspberries
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
1/3 cup frozen cherries
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to the blender and mix on low. Gradually increase speed until pureed. For a less thick smoothie, add 1/4 cup milk to the recipe.
