It’s natural to have questions. From products and applications to shipping, ingredients and pricing, we love customer interaction, so just ask. Contact us and we will answer your questions in a reasonable amount of time. What does that mean? Well, perhaps not instantly (we might be out rock climbing, playing with the kids or mixing) but almost always within a few hours. If you have never tried a product how do you know you will like it? We understand. Therefore, you can try any of our products for free (we do ask that you pay shipping). We also offer samples packs of 6 products of your choice at a reasonable price. Interested?
We get product to you quickly
When you order something it is nice to have it quickly. Consequently, we process orders every morning (except Sunday) and your order will be on its way to you in less than 24 hours from your purchase. Furthermore, we use USPS priority mail and most packages arrive within 2 to 3 business days.
We make sure you get your product
The post office won’t guarantee your package even if they lose or destroy it unless you purchase additional insurance. However, we take responsibility for your order until it is in your hands. Whether your package is lost in space or stolen off your porch, we will keep sending orders and working with you until your products arrive. Additionally, we provide a tracking number so you can keep an eye on shipping status. We promise, you will get your order!
We guarantee your satisfaction
It is our hope that everyone will love our products. Unfortunately, because individual tastes differ, there will be some customers that won’t care for a particular product or flavor. We understand. Just let us know what you didn’t like and we will either send you a replacement or refund the full product purchase price. Send back the unused portion? What a waste of time and money. No need to send it back, if you didn’t care for it perhaps a friend will.
