Fresh Strawberries and Kiwis
Ingredients:
3 Scoops Mike’s Mix Original Recovery Drink
1 Full Kiwi Diced
2/3 Cup Frozen Strawberries (look for bags with no sugar added)
1/2 Cup Skim Milk
Instructions:
Place frozen strawberries in blender and turn blender on low speed until strawberries are finely diced. Add kiwi, Mike’s Mix and skim milk into the blender and mix all ingredients until well liquefied.
