Mmmmm, better than any concrete mixer! Another easy yet delicious fruit smoothie recipe. This one comes from a Mike’s Mix customer. She uses a lot of fruit and a little milk to produce a thick and fruity summer dream. Eat with a spoon!
Smoothie Ingredients:

2 to 3 scoop serving of Original or Tangerine Cream Mike’s Mix Recovery Drink. Customized serving-size-recommendation

2 cups of frozen strawberries

1 cup of skim milk

1 banana
Instructions:
Add all ingredients to the blender and mix on low. Gradually increase speed until a homogenous mixture results. If you want a drink, decrease the frozen strawberries by one cup, don’t increase the milk, as this makes a lot of delicious recovery drink.
