Mike’s Mix High Protein Breakfast Granola Bites
These little protein bites, dense in whey and sustained energy, are a convenient way to assure you’ll have the real food you’ll need to keep you strong through your next adventure or workout. Straightforward to make and hard to screw up, you’ll have 24 bites of 100 calorie deliciousness whenever the need arises. 2 cups Old-Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup Mike’s Mix Whey Protein
1/2 cup dried raisins or cranberries
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line two (12 hole) mini muffin pans with paper liners. Coat liners with cooking spray.
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; beat with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute.
Scoop two tablespoons of granola mixture into each muffin cup.
Bake on middle oven rack for 12 to 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperate.
